$3000 KMF Cash - Where Does Car Gurus Find These Incentives?

I'm looking at a Kia Niro EV and cargurus shows a $3000 incentive for using Kia Motor Finance, but I dont' see that on Kia's website. Does anyone know where car gurus finds those incentives?
