The Mercedes-Benz S600 was the manufacturer’s long-wheelbase flagship North American model in the W222 generation, from 2014 to 2017. The S600 featured a 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged V12 that was capable of delivering 523 hp and 612 lb-ft of torque, sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission. These cars formed the basis for part of the relaunch of the Mercedes-Maybach sub-brand. The S600 didn’t make it all the way through the W222 generation—it was discontinued after the 2017 model year.
