2016 Dodge Journey not opening or starting

Asked by Guru6XDN May 12, 2017 at 02:32 PM about the 2016 Dodge Journey Canada Value Package FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It is only four months old and has had 5 times where it is not opening or starting and they are telling me it is  satellite connections, cell phone, radio waves that are interfering with your fob - when you are in a parking lot and someone else goes to start or open their vehicle at the exact same time as yours this will happen.  Getting stuck is not an option.  I do not have a cell phone and it has happened at various places and is taking various times to start again when we have had the issue from 10 minutes to 45 minutes.
