2016 Dodge Journey won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Yesterday, went to start my car (push button start), and it
wouldn't start.  Radio, locks, etc. all were working.
Husband had to come jump start it.  We took it to O'Reilly's
where they hooked it up and checked the battery, starter,
and alternator...all showed good.  This morning, again it
wouldn't start.  After reading some suggestions, I tried
putting it in neutral then tried starting it, it still would not
start.  Please see photo for the error lights that dash
shows.  This just all of a sudden started happening.  The
car only had 22k miles on it.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Yes. It's able to be jumped. But will not restart after shut off. And the battery, starter, and alternator all checked out good. All lights, radio, etc. still work...no power reduction or flickering/dimmed lights. Brake can't be pushed down, won't start when push button ignition is pushed. It's recognizing my key just fine when it's near or in my car.

I have a 2016 Dodge Journey that I purchased on the 8th of March I've been having the same problem when I get out of my vehicle I'm noticing that my screen is not turning completely off and everything is off I've turned everything off and once I get out come back the next morning I have to get a jump I've been having to do that since I purchased this car I don't know what's going on with it

Sorry I haven't responded back sooner. We determined that it was a faulty a/c actuator door that we had had replaced 2 weeks prior to the car going dead. It kept trying to calibrate door position (opening and closing internal a/c vents repeatedly) while the car was off, thus draining the battery down. We took it back and they replaced the part with an OEM part from the dealership. It's been fine ever since.

I also have a 2016 Dodge Journey. And I am finding on the web that people all over the world, with different year Dodge Journey’s all have the same issue. I have seen a comment on a other site. That we (Chrysler Owners) need to go to the government website and look for the Safety and Recall section of it and file a complaint with them about it. With enough complaints then something has to be done about it. Chrysler doesn’t want to be held responsible for the cost, no manufacturer does.
