Water in rear doors

You really should do this the correct way as the dealer suggests but you could drill holes in the bottom of the doors.
Did you ever get an answer to this problem?
You can pull the rubber door stopper out in bottom corner farthest away from car carfully and most water will drain out and they will just screw back in
In my 2014 Expedition there are two weep holes behind the rubber gasket in the bottom of the door on each end. I pulled the gaskets out a little and the door started draining immediately. From where the water was dripping I was able to ascertain about where the weep holes were. I rooted around under the gasket with an icepick until it found the holes. I stuck the icepick in the holes and moved it around a little. The flow of water improved a great deal. My door emptied in minutes. I hope this helps.
