why is there oil in my water system

why is oil in water system and beige sludge in resevoir and radiator

like tennisshoes said thats a blown gasket, have the head pressure tested and sceem the head if all is good, replace top gasket, now the question.......... WHY DID IT BLOW???? Check your water system, did the car over heat? to replace the gasket is a waist of time if you dont now what went wrong, replace the water pump, thermostat, flush the water system aswell. over rev also blows gasket, so try to find the cause..
