Light on dash

This light just started randomly coming
on. When it does if I put it in park I can't
shift gears out unless I turn off vehicle.
The traction control on/off is on the other
side of the dash. Any suggestions why?
It's a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500

I planned on taking to Auto Zone tomorrow to see if they can hook it up to a machine and diagnose something
