Question type: Maintenance & Repair

If my car needed an oil change badly and the light kept
blinking one day after waiting too long I guess? The
engine shut off and it was shaking a little & turned off, its
over 200k is it Goner?

How long is long? If the engine was shaking and then shut off, it wasn't due to old oil, most probably due to low to no oil. But yes, if that was the case, then you most likely damaged the engine. Change what little oil is left in the car and the oil filter and refill and see if the car still runs. Otherwise it's time to buy something else. I wouldn't spend the money on replacing the engine on a 200K mile Chrysler.

Oil maintenance lights do not flash and they are yellow, if this was a flashing red engine light then chances are very high that you just ruined the engine by running it out of oil. As this is a Chrysler product it isn't worth the money it is going to take to get it running again. Even going used engine the car has over 200K miles on the rest of it so who knows when the transmission will just quit, as well as the electronics. On your next vehicle or even this one change the oil at least every 5000 miles, none of this ignoring services.
