Headlights low beams won't work and miss in motor is gotten worse is there recalls on the simmer switch

The recall is low beam headlight relay in the fuse box under the hood. That's your problem. The miss is a different problem, could be anything from motor mounts, to spark plugs, to throttle body cleaning. Need more info.
