It sounds lie the lights are not getting the signal. When you put it in reverse, there is a signal sent to the lights. I would start with that, Look for the selector switch at the boyyom of your steering coloum, I am not sure on how to check it, but I would recommend that you take it in as I do beleive this will be covered under your warranty, as long as you haven't gone over you mileage. If it is covered, there will be no cost to you. Sorry about not being able to help you in the adjustment.

Have you tried replacing the rear light fixture panels. They are like 15 dollars at autozone. They burn out frequently, i have replaced mine twice and now all lights work. It's really easy to install them too.

Any idea what rear fuse # to check for the reverse lights? It's too late to check tonight, but I'd like to check it tomorrow!
