2004 Chevy Aveo turns over but wont start

the car sat for 6 months and was not run. I have replaced the battery,spark plugs/wires/ cylinder and treated the gas. When I try to start the car it sounds like its is trying to turn over but does not start. Be for I left the car ran fine. What wound be the next step.

Fuel Pump. There are a couple fuel pump fuses. Check them first. If they're good, then it's probably the pump itself. If the engine can't get fuel, it can't run.
