Stalling and now won't start at all

So I have a 98 keep grand Cherokee 4.0
I when it was running it would stall out
3 times a week. So I pump a new fuel
pump assembly and a new fuel pump
ignition relay in it. But no I'm get
absolutely no fuel pressure. But I well
start with quick start. I'm stuck and not
sure what to do
