High pitch squealing

When I crank I hear a high pitch squealing
then when I take off it's quiet. But when  
sitting at light it squealing.

If you haven't yet, Inspect the serpentine belt. If it's cracked and dried up, a new belt could resolve the problem.

It could be several things. The alternator and the belt tensioner and idler would be the first things I would look at. You could remove the serpentine belt and briefly start the car to see if the noise is gone. If it is quiet with the belt off then something that the belt turns or drives is the issue. It is perfectly safe to run the engine without the belt for a very short time like 1 minute or less.
