no power to vehicle battery is good no horn no interior lights fuseable link
replaced.  All fuses have been checked and are good.

Check the battery cables and make sure the connections are clean and tight. Charge the battery as well if you can.

If your cables have add on ends then those are prime suspects as they collect corrosion like Imelda collected shoes.

1991 olds cutlass ciera will not start 2.5 engine. interior lights work, dash lights work, windshield wipers operate turn key on and nothing. switched batteries and the same. checked cables and they are clean.
