I have found a Saturn Aura with 155,000

Hard to tell without any other specific information. Sounds a little high to me with that many miles. Interior and exterior would need to be in very good condition. You should check the value of the vehicle on www.edmunds.com or www.kbb.com.

Make sure it is a mechanically sound vehicle before you purchase. You can do that by taking it to an independent shop.
