Headlights on 69' VW BEETLE jump from low beams to high beams...

My headlights on 69' VW BEETLE jump from low beams to high beams while I drive.  Doesn't always do this. It does it by itself when the lights are turned on and the car is running. Any suggestions ?

it prob is the light switch relay or the switch itself
