99 dodge neon no power to ignition

Iv got a 99 dodge neon that has no power to ignition it
wont crank. Has no dash lites that lite up or anything. The
head lites come on and windshield wipers work but when I
turn the car to crank it dose nothing. Battery is new. Befor
I replaced battery it turned over a few times befor battery
died. Replaced battery and have no power to ignition. I
need help

Check ignition switch fuses, in diagram. Make sure fuses are good and they are hot, use a test light to check for voltage.

note the diagram for starter motor. Pull starter relay, use jumper wire on switch side of relay, the right side in diagram. the starter motor should crank the engine. If you try that, make sure the transmission is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. Vehicle can't move. This is just for testing. Battery and battery connections all good?
