Do I still need to warm up my car or no?

Hi I have a 97 Mercury Grand
Marquis Ls. I always warm her up
but as of right now she has a
blown head gasket.. I don't if I still
need to warm her up or not can
you help me please.. thank you

I warm up until the engine idles down which only takes a minute or so. Take it easy driving until the engine is fully warmed up.
