after driving through a flood my car is running with a hesitation

when i accelarate its seems as if my car has a hard time moving then once up
to speed its runs almost normal. but i decrease speed it seems to jerk

You probably got the spark plugs wet or have a coil going bad. Do you have a code indicated? In any case pull the plugs out and dry everything and use dielectric grease on the boots when putting it back together.
