Why it stands out
The 2021 Toyota 4Runner maintains a strong reputation for reliability and off-road prowess, appealing particularly to adventurers and families alike. Known for its rugged construction, it offers a spacious interior and a variety of features such as adaptive cruise control and Apple CarPlay. Despite its dated design and less-than-ideal fuel economy—averaging only 17 mpg—this midsize SUV delivers outstanding utility alongside a rugged aesthetic. The inclusion of modern infotainment features helps to balance its old-school charm, such as the physical ignition key and simple dashboard layout. While some drivers may find fault with its on-road handling and fuel efficiency, the 4Runner's dependability and off-road capability remain its most compelling selling points.

A classic top of the line quality vehicle for the price. The TRD is a fun version but I think the Luxury of the Limited is unmatched and can still be customized if you want. Love the automatic back window!

I came from 2017 Ford Explorer Limited. The 2021 4Runner doesn’t have all the features my Explorer had like power liftgate, cooled seats, memory functions, 3rd row seating; however, it is a nice car and has a one feature my Explorer didn’t which is adaptive cruise. I was rear ended twice in explorers and each time they were totaled. I wanted a frame car to maybe mitigate damage from a wreck.

I feel the SR5 is on the low scale of the 4 runners. I love the look of the car, love the black rims. It is missing 2 things that I’m looking for, leather seats and blind spot monitor . Other than that it looks like a great car

Absolutely LOVE the 4Runner TRD Pro. It is pretty, has great features and drives well. I think that Toyota’s last a longtime and I have always been happy with them.
