Why it stands out
The 2017 Toyota Sienna distinguishes itself as a top contender in the minivan market due to its blend of comfort, versatility, and reliability. Specifically designed for American families, it offers three rows of seating that effectively accommodate up to eight passengers, allowing for spacious family trips or everyday commuting. The cargo area is remarkable as well, capable of accommodating large items like 4’x8’ sheets of plywood when the second and third rows are removed, which underscores its practical design.
While the Sienna may not be the most stylish vehicle on the road, its hybrid-only powertrain introduced in later models showcases its commitment to efficiency, offering exceptional fuel economy that makes it practical for long journeys. Notably, it is also the only available hybrid all-wheel-drive minivan, providing added traction for various driving conditions. The vehicle receives high marks for safety features and has a reputation for reliability, critical factors that appeal to family-oriented buyers. Overall, it balances practical strengths with a few minor limitations, proving to be a great choice for those seeking dependable family transport.

I purchased this vehicle for the reliability factor, but have absolutely been blown away by the engineering factor. I have never owned a vehicle so we’ll planned out. I mean from the hood prop, in-cab adjustable HID headlights, to the bottle holders (yes, it’s got cup holders front and telescopic for the middle seats) but up front the Toyota engineers thought, “hey, where do they put their Topo Chico bottles while their coffee sits in the cup holders?” Oh I know… and bam, their they are, sliding out from the dash. The 295hp is in a heavy vehicle, so it’s not peppy like a Mustang or Camero, but cruising at 60mph and you need to quickly pass someone… done! Those 8-gears means there’s always one for the moment and when you press that accelerator, she takes off. I can honestly say that I’m fully impressed with the workmanship, engineering and features of this Toyota Sienna Limited.

I love this vehicle. In the past I have always purchased an SUV. This vehicle is so much better. There is so much room and I can arrange the seats however I want. My kids have gotten bigger over the years and the room inside an SUV has gotten smaller. The van is pretty inside and out. Has all of the features I need.
