Why it stands out
The 2015 Ford Expedition remains a strong contender in the full-size SUV market largely due to its spaciousness and ability to accommodate up to eight passengers comfortably. Despite its age—the Expedition hasn't seen a full redesign since 2007—it offers significant capability in terms of passenger and cargo space. With 18.6 cubic feet behind the third row and a maximum of 108.3 cubic feet with the seats folded down, it is well-suited for families and those who need to transport large loads.
Ford's switch to the EcoBoost V6 engine enhances fuel efficiency while still delivering impressive power, making it feel lively on the road. The vehicle handles well for a large SUV, providing a smooth ride, although it may exhibit some bounce and sway at highway speeds. The expert test drive noted its impressive quietness inside, further accentuating its long-trip capabilities.
In terms of technology, the Expedition features Ford's Sync with MyFord Voice system, ensuring connectivity and entertainment while on the road. However, the interior does show signs of aging with some hard plastic finishes that might detract from its appeal compared to newer competitors.

Lots of good technology, great value vehicle, I would say the only that I would have liked to feel is more stability on the vehicle since it feels smooth. But hey it’s feels as smooth as a suburban.

This suv was my first choice. I have previously owned two of them. The features are fine and the value is fine. I miss the 6-disc cd changer that was in the console, it was so convenient. Cannot compare to other models because I didnt own any. Great suv.
