The back light was out they did replace it once I notifed them same day I bought it im 65miles away I had to waste gas to go back to dealership to get it fixed should of comp my gas for the inconvenience also the unconnected says maintenance needed error pops up from time to time I took a pick and sent it same day bought the vehicle as well this should of been informed there was an issue when sold to me or took off some price off sticker prices they did not fix the screen issue or attempted too I told them several times to look at it while the vehicle was at there shop they ignored my suggestion and said I got to take it to dodge so just for a diagnostic its $265 but to purchase a car and immediately have to take it to the dodge dealership is ridiculous I put 7k down so my account is a bit hurt so im going to wait a few check before I take it to get fixed just a inconvenience wished they would of fixed it qhen they fixed the tail light would of gave 5stars so thats my experience 3.5

They don’t deserve a single star. Sold me a car that was unsafe to drive. Took to another dealership for inspection after notifying South Bay Lexus that the car was leaking puddles of oil and was not shifting without jerking, they said to bring it in to have a look. I didn't feel safe driving it, took it to independent mechanic was told give it back, took it to another dealership for inspection, found cracked dog bone engine mount, blown head gaskets, strut issues, and unknown transmission issues, I didn't want to pay an additional 200 for further diagnostics. South Bay Lexus in Torrance agreed to reverse the deal but have yet to return my down payment or cancel my loan, with the first payment already posted. I am paying for a car I do not have that I left as instructed by South Bay with Carlsbad Lexus where the inspections were done after purchasing. I had to take a train and lyft rides to sign paperwork over 80 miles away to retrieve the car I traded. Shady, dishonest? *carfax
