Very good responding the inquiry. I was not able to go yo their facility due to an oversea trip.

Great dealership and sales team. Made the deal over the phone (every other car salesman wants to insist that you come in) and was actually the case when I completed the deal. Amazing experience.

They wouldn't give any information over the phone, they didn't care that we were going to drive 4+hours to get there and just wanted an idea of how much it was going to be. We made it clear we would do all of it on line if we needed to because of the drive, they didn't care. They told us the wouldn't discuss anything over the phone because they have found it wasn't in their best interest to talk numbers before we were there in person. This leads me to believe they were trying to pull something shaddy with the price and wanted us to feel pressured because we were in person and already sunk 4+ hours of driving into it.

Disappointed. I am glad that I read the reviews. The price in CarGurus does not match with the real price. Read the seller description, the price here is after down payment. BAD Business Practice. At the end, the price is the same as any competitor so it is a waste of time. Empire Hyundai needs to be more transparent and implement better business practices.
