Avoid this dealership. My experience was a nightmare. I arranged a deal over the phone with manager Nick for a 2019 Fiat 124 Abarth. He promised the car was in great condition and offered extra rims. Alyse, the salesperson, was good. I insured the car and drove three hours through NYC traffic, only to find it still being washed. The first test drive revealed serious rear wheel issues. A second test drive with the master technician confirmed improperly installed brakes. After repairs, a third test drive revealed a major oil leak. Nick offered only $500 off for issues likely to cost $1,000+ to repair. I asked him to cover at least $1,000. He deferred to the GM, who declined, and then silently removed the extra rims loaded into my Jeep 392 with zero apology. This dealership wasted my time, money, tolls, and trust. Nick was completely unprofessional. Avoid them.

Finance manager Raul is the worst, told my wife she was approved for the car, took a 700$ to hold the car, ignored me then I saw Car was sold on Facebook Marketplace. They’ll communicate until they take a down payment then disappear. Stay away! Waste of time!

Avoid this place! They do not negotiate prices and the 2 cars i looked at have been at his dealership for over 600 & 1200 days . When I started pointing out things that needed to be replaced and asked questions about the engine the salesman began telling me about their warranty as soon as I stated i wasn't interested in that his tone and demeanor changed. Very shady

Went here to see a base (no options) 2022 BMW M440i after finding it on CarGurus. The advertised price was $39,500 , however after going through the numbers they added about $10,000. Other listings for the same model but a year newer and with more features were being sold elsewhere for around $43,000. When I asked the owner to meet me at a lower price since the car has 0 features compared to the other newer listings, he laughed and told me he couldn't go lower than $44k since that is what he paid for the car. The car's trade in value is $36,500 at most from what other dealers have told me. So either he lied to me about what he paid or he overpaid for the car, either way was a bad look for the dealership. I have since bought a 2022 M440i fully loaded for $41k with the same miles from another dealership. Stay clear of this place, they will lure you in with low advertised prices and then hit you with a higher price in store hoping you'll just say ok since you're already there.

pluThese people are con men. they advertise a price whic confuses the buyer, because the price has an add on of $1995 plus afurther $695 in dealer's fees. Steer clear of these con-men!

I want to know why this RT had an SRT emblem on the front grill. The dealer implied it was a RT SRT. After pressing the issue, dealer stated the it is not advertised as an SRT, and the SRT is nowhere on the car. I offered to bet that the car in the photo has SRT on the grill. I said I will put $10k down and walk away leaving the town payment against him giving me the car, mi us fees and taxes. The dealer did not take the bet. So, I sent him the photo he sent me.
