What is causeing my car to blog down

Hello I have a 1995 Ford Mustang 3.8 V6 I have a
hard time getting the car to start but once started
it runs pretty smooth but when put in gear it blogs
down like it wants to die I have to feather pedal it
to keep it running when put any gear I have to have
the gas pressed in a little to keep it running and
featherl pedal it to get to move it is as if it has no
power to make it move what is causing this

I would check the catalytic converter in case it is plugged up.
Its not its being really hard to start cat is good new kust had it put on

Were is that at dont no much about this car or engine
Thats what im doing now. But here is a run down of what iv done so far new plugs and wires new trottle body new cat new fuel filter is there anything elsa it might be besides the maf
You need to find a good mechanic. Your mechanical knowledge is too limited. Good luck.
Only on fords lol but give me a nissan and i can work on it just not these mustangs to touchy but thank u bro u were a help let u no if i figure it out
