You don't want it! The vehicle was bought back by the manufacturer because it has some kind of issue that the Dealer tried to fix multiple times and couldn't. It could be something random or intermittent that may not have shown up during the inspection. It usually takes a lot of fighting to get the manufacturer to buy a vehicle back. Sometimes lawyers are involved and the court system. It's not something to be taken lightly! Many years ago a friend bought a late model, at the time, Ford Thunderbird that had been bought back by Ford for the brakes under The Lemon Law. The brakes were always spongy. He took it to multiple places and could never get rid of the spongy pedal. He got rid of it as soon as it was paid for. Keep shopping, vehicles with a branded title are usually not a good buy! This one falls into that category. Hope that helps! Jim

The dealer and manufacturer didn't put 15,000 miles on the car, the owner did. But after 2 years and all those miles, something happened that the manufacturer couldn't fix, so they were likely forced to buy it back. Now, after spending a lot of time fixing the car, they're trying to sell it. If you're an Infinity mechanic and know those cars, thirty grand might be a fair price, but is, as I suspect, you're a novice looking for a deal, this isn't it. If you're brave, or maybe stupid, you could spend a couple hundred bucks to have an independent mechanic of your choice review it. Then if you could get them to take twenty grand for the car, which they won't, you might have something worth the risk. I know guys who buy cars like this at sites like Copart. They're expert with those problems and sometimes, even they get skinned.
