1999 Pontiac Firebird won’t start

Have a 1999 Pontiac Firebird that
won’t start I replaced the coil packs
and spark plugs and wires also  
replaced mass airflow sensor car
does not want to start it starts when
you put starting fluid but then turns
off can anyone help

Sound like a fuel problem on the fuel rail there a connection to put a guage see if there even fuel ...if no fuel pump if yes clogged injectors
