1 of 2 cooling fans does not work

1 of my cooling fans does not
work...we changed the fuse for the
cooling fan but still does not turn on
but fan turns on through direct connect
to battery

They just had the trany out and right before I got it they put a thermostat in it said it must have stuck sating till they got done

Check fan relays fan one and two one fan is for low speed and AC the other is high speed.
