why does heat only comes out on pass side throw AC vent

I have a 2002 Bonneville the heat only comes out of passenger AC vent?

Only 2 things that I know of .... That rotary knob that selects AC -Lower -Upper - Defrost ,,, is a combination electrical/vacuum switch that sets the Air Blend vent or the vacuum actuator (under the dash) Check to rotary knob first .... then the actuator
