Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2003 Pontiac Sunfire not getting any gas to throttle body.  I have replaced the fuel filter.  Put starting fluid in throttle body, engine turns over but doesn't start and run.  How can I check the fuel pump.  Could it be something else?? HELP!!! Driving Me Crazy

I took the fuel filter off and turned the key on: no gas from hose. I tried to start the car and no gas from the hose. could it be the relay? Is there any way to test the relay. The relay is $18 the pump is $250. Just trying to cover all options. The old filter did have limited flow. Thank you for all your help!!!!
