Start with battery load test. A battery with 11.5 volts many times will not start a vehicle. Especially anything larger than a 2.0 liter. 12.6 volts is a fully charged battery but doesn’t mean it is a good battery. Load test for good or bad status

Check your battery cable connections, do they have a bunch of salty looking build up around the posts/connections? Are the connections loose? Both? If connections are corroded they should be taken off and cleaned thoroughly with wire brush/sandpaper then reattached. Make sure they are properly tightened, but don't over do it those battery connections are held in place by the battery housing itself. If your not confident to do this and no one can help you I'll share with you an old temporary remedy to this, but still check for loose connections okay? Take a glass of water and put a tablespoon of Baking soda in it and slowly pour some on each terminal let the mixture do the work repeat if necessary, good luck Ladygirl.
