pontiac montana 2003 have high coolant temperature 210-228 F, and engine
runs powerless.  Two fans and relays works normal. If caused by coolante
tm sensor bad or thermostat bad?

210 is not particularly high. Perhaps it is time for a cooling system service.

Yeah my van does the same thing but the coolant indicator goes up to the top of the red danger zone, and when it gets into that danger zone, my van loses power. But then after a bit, it will go back down to a normal operating temperature and the power is restored. What could be the problem?
