where is the fuse location for the back running lights & blinker

I replaced the bulbs that I thought was burned out, but it's still not working...  
working... The blinker is blinking fast like the the fuse is going out...

The rear blinker blinks fast when front bulb is out and the front will blink fast when rear is out its your cars way of telling you to replace a bulb check the other blinker on that side

yes whichever side (driver or passenger) is blinking fast, the front or rear is out. it should be located in the fuse box under the hood by the battery. Unless the passenger side below the glove compartment by the center console has it.... I recommend getting the fuse puller from there as well :)

I thought my tail lights, parking lights, and blinker fuses were in the trunk fuse box

Yes the fuse box for some things like the tail lights is in the trunk on the drivers side
