Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a primered rear bumper replacement, how
hard is it to remove the old, what tools or
instructions do i need, and what is your best advice
on painting it and getting paint.. Gloss Black

I also have too replace my eagle eye fog light,
lamp, and there is damage under front bumper that
made it fall off, after prior family member diy
repair, what type of bulb and security bit do i need ?

My CD/Radio deck has multiple errors and ate my
25th anniversary zelda CD arghh.. What should i
check to fix ?

And Seatbelt light stays on..

Sorry for the short Q's. I have to get it inspected
and fixed up for another reason.

Anyone know what causes a car in PA's fail, simple
things ?
