take it to the dealer and have them check the code and if they cannot they can figure out why. parts stores will hire just about anyone, they really dont have to know much about cars.

tell us what your trouble codes are...may be an 02 sensor, something that would impair performance...get the trouble codes please...it will cost you nothing, just encourage manny, moe or jack to come out to the car to take the readings...thanks~

"blown in that port"....what is that guy a hillbilly? spendin' too much time down at the dock...think you are getting the wool pulled...are you feeling a scratchy sensation about your ears?----we can work this one out...just need some info, then we can help you.~

Basically, the big chain parts stores are just retailers that hire $8 an hour people to stock their shelves and take the money. They don't know any more than what a prompt on their computer tells them. Ever want to test it out? Bring one of these Lops a U-joint and don't tell them what it's off of. Check ALL of the fuses in the cab and under the hood with the key on. A blown fuse will keep the PCM from communicating over the network and won't let you retrieve codes.
