Brake lights

Asked by Lowendo Jan 21, 2020 at 06:25 PM about the 1996 Ford Explorer 2 Dr XL SUV

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Tail lights work, brake lights don't. Can't seem to figure out
why. Bulbs are good, but I'm not sure which fuses and
relays pertain to brake lights.

Check the switch under your dash that is attached to the brake pedal. When you depress the brake pedal, it should turn on your brake lights.
