I removed my 300zx cluster in order to fix something, but my RPM and gas meter don't work at all. they don't move at all. I remember i didn't put back all the little  screws in the back.

I agree with "tennis shoes" I still get angree when a mechanic does some work on my car and leaves off an access panel or something else and says "you don't need that". If I wanted it removed I would have removed it. Each part has a function.
