Help with my nissan pickup

My truck started making a noise while driving, then it
started to loose power like it was running outta
gas(which it wasnt) then it completely died on me, I
got out popped the hood it started smoking I popped
the radiator cap went and found water to put into it
checked the oil, waited for it to be ok to start it back
up, it started but was really loud and didn't have much
power, was able to drive like maybe a couple miles
before it made a really loud noise started smoking
again and then it sounded like it (threw a baring or
whatever it's called) and completely died on the side of
the highway and now has bee. Sitting since then I
haven't tried starting it since this happened

I'm lost on wtf to do or what happened cuz up until
then my truck hasn't shown any signs of over heating
or anything wrong with it the entire time I've had it
