Locked steering

Is there any way possible that I can unlock
the engine from being seized

Remove the spark plugs and spray some wd-40 in them. After letting it soak for a few hours. Might be a day. Try to rotate the engine counter clock wise. To reverse the pistion going down instead of up. See if that works. If it doesn't. You might of locked up the rings in the cylinder walls from over heating or crank is wielded from lack of oil pressure. If that's the case. Might as well buy a good used motor for 1000$
