If my truck has too much oil will it smoke

It might. Running the oil level too high can damage your engine.

The oil will foam if you have too much in the engine. This will cause the oil pump to be sucking air bubbles instead of oil. The oil pressure will drop and serious engine damage can happen! Hope that helps! Jim
