Price disclosure for chip shortage not very transparent

I recently went to a dealership solely based on your website price.
The dealer upon negotiation increased by 5000 due to chip shortage.

Obviously I felt cheated, scammed and or taken advantage of etc.

I am sure a disclosure is somewhere buried in the small print but  I
wanted to let you know as a consumer I felt somewhat  taken for a fool.

Please be aware of this thru the lensse of a consumer>
We eventually went onto the next dealership and they didnt pull the
same trick as dealership 1.
Ultimatley we purchased what we wanted but Dealership 1 was a
complete waste of our time.
