i have a 97 Mercury tracer that won't start. What could it be?

Crank sensor replaced, getting fuel, getting
air, getting spark, fuses are all good

Well i will say this,if you have good spark,and good fuel pressure,timming is the issue for the two to work,check the timming.

Check the Catalytic Converter. Look to see if it's discolored like it's been real hot. I've come across this before when there seems to be no reason why the engine doesn't start.
