remove top-bottom hoses,unscrew trans lines from it,if auto,remove plastic cover over it,pull out.or let a radiator shop change it out.

i just got done dealing with this huge problem. and let me advice you, first stop id your car Automatic. or stick? if your car is automatic be on the look. out for a radiator that has a tank bigger than the other. if a v6 you will get a radiator both tanks should look like. my city carried JUST automatic radiators and it was a real PAIN IN THE ASS. getting the same part that didnt fit in a stick shift cougar.
