Why do I only have heat on the passenger
side?

Air blend door stuck or broken, air door servo motor jammed, HVAC module failure.

If you have the system to produce heat and it doesn't supply heat to the driver's side, that side has a defect in the blend door operation. Could be a sticking door, malfunctioning actuator, or failed power connection.
