Sprinter for Vanpool

Hello, I'm thinking about launching a high-end commuter vanpool service with
a Sprinter.  Would anyone here have experience doing this by any chance?  

I'm curious about insurance (given the numerous passengers) - how much
roughly it might cost, as well as whether anyone has experience customizing
the seat layout (would like there to be only captain seats).

Get the best commercial insurance you can..... especially if you are carrying passengers for hire.... prepare to spend way over $1,000 per month.... Don't skimp on coverage......
