You have a leak in the heater core or the hoses going to the heater core.

To get at the core, you will have to dissemble part of the dash/firewall to get to it... If you are doing it yourself, I would suggest that you obtain a service manual - it walks you through the process..

Definite cooling system leak. Since you only notice it when you turn on the heater, it is most probable that it is a leak in the heater core as mentioned above, Do you notice any wet spots on the floorboards under the heater.? If so, then there is your problem. Do you have a wet spot under the car when you go out in the morning? If so, it may be a leaky hose but this shouldn't cause your windows to fog up. NOW, the facts point to the heater core. Go to: http://www.ehow.com/how_7666292_replace-cores-1998-ford-expeditions.html

Do ANY of them work? If only the drivers window works then you have the window lock switch turned on. If that is not the problem, do any of them work at the window door switch? I have a right rear that will not work from the drivers switch but does work from the right rear door switch.. If none work try a fuse
