The Ford Model A had a wheelbase of 103.5 inches or a little over 8.5 feet. The Model A was introduced in the market in December of 1927 and was mass produced until 1932, at the end of production, 4,858,644 had been made in all body styles. It was manufactured at seven Ford assembly plants in the United States and at Windsor, Ontario; Geelong, Australia; Buenos Aires; Argentina; Santiago, Chile; Cologne, Germany; Yokohama, Japan; Copenhagen, Denmark; Cork, Ireland; Trafford Park, England; Geelong, Victoria (Australia) and Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. It was the only automobile manufactured or assembled in most parts of the world.
