Buying car with above average mileage?

I am considering buying a 2018 Camry EXL with 36,700 miles. What should I
expect with a car that has above average mileage and how should this effect
the price?

36k is still low miles. Obviously the price should be lower than a car with fewer miles. I would ask for service records to make sure it got all the required oil changes.
