1999 Ford Taurus Wagon - What is the appropriate antifreeze coolant?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is DEX-COOL 50/50 OK for this vehicle?  I am getting some confusing answers off-line.  
Maybe someone could let me know, thanks.
